Leadership Coaching

About

We aim to enhance the leadership skills, performance, and effectiveness of individuals in leadership roles. Whether for executives, managers or emerging leaders, coaching involves a collaborative relationship between the coach and the leader to achieve specific goals and improve overall leadership capabilities. See below our process of leadership coaching: 1. Goal Setting: Identify and establish clear and specific goals for the coaching engagement. These goals may relate to leadership skills, communication, decision-making, team building, or other aspects of leadership. 2. Assessment: Conduct assessments to understand the leader's strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. This may involve self-assessments, 360-degree feedback from colleagues, and other evaluation tools. 3. Individualised Coaching Plan: Develop a customised coaching plan based on the leader's unique needs and goals. The plan outlines the strategies, activities, and timeline for achieving desired outcomes. 4. One-on-One Sessions: Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions where the coach and leader discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement. These sessions provide a confidential and supportive space for reflection and learning. 5.
